Quality is the main priority of Ritim Technology. Every stage of our production processes is secured by meticulously planned quality control processes.
Our quality control mechanisms start with input control. Every material to be used in production undergoes detailed tests as soon as it is received from suppliers and its compliance with standards is verified. Assembly defects are then detected at the earliest stage in the production process using automated optical inspection (AOI) and X-ray inspection systems.
From solder quality to component accuracy, from PCB design conformity to product function tests, every stage is carried out under the supervision of our expert engineers. Procedures in accordance with international quality standards (ISO, IPC, etc.) are applied in these processes.
In the post-production phase, products undergo both durability tests and performance measurements before they are delivered to the customer. Thus, a perfect result is achieved not only visually but also functionally.
For us, quality control is not only about catching defects, but also about continuous improvement. Therefore, we regularly analyze quality control data and use it to further improve our processes. As a result, we offer our customers reliable production based on a zero-defect approach.
